Stripe handles web payments. Apple handles App Store purchases. If applicable, your payment provider shows taxes and the final total before you confirm. Check the displayed currency and total when you buy.
How included AI usage works
A token is a small unit processed by an AI model. Your allowance counts input and output, including your messages, Luna’s responses, and context such as relevant sleep summaries or conversation history. Voice conversations also consume AI tokens. Text and voice share one monthly allowance across your Luna account.
Each tier also has an included AI processing budget. This separate cost limit can be reached before its token allowance because some models, audio, and larger requests cost more to process. Both limits apply to your plan; the token count is not a promise of a fixed number of messages or voice minutes.
Account shows your current usage and actual reset date. Unused tokens do not roll over to a new billing period. Changing tiers does not erase usage already consumed in your current period.
When included usage is reached, Luna pauses new AI requests and shows the date for your current period. You can wait for renewal or review an available higher tier. Pro Max is the highest tier. If renewal has been canceled, remaining paid access ends on the date shown and a new allowance is not automatically issued.
There are no automatic overage charges. Reaching a usage limit does not automatically buy more tokens or upgrade your subscription. Any purchase or plan change requires your confirmation. Luna shows the quoted amount due now and the monthly price before you confirm a web plan change; Stripe or Apple shows the total for purchases made through their checkout.
Change your web plan in Luna
In Account, choose the tier you want and review the amount due now, monthly price, and effective date before confirming. Upgrades use a prorated payment for the remainder of your current period. The higher allowance starts after payment is confirmed; a payment that needs attention opens a secure Stripe invoice.
A lower tier starts at the end of your current paid period. Until then, your current plan and remaining allowance stay in place. Plan changes do not erase usage already consumed or move your current reset date. To remove a scheduled downgrade, choose to keep your current plan and confirm.
Stripe’s billing page is for invoices and payment methods. Web tier changes and cancellation are confirmed here in Luna. App Store plan changes remain managed through Apple.
Cancel renewal at any time
Cancellation stops future renewal. You keep access for the remainder of the paid period, subject to your remaining included usage. Ordinary cancellation does not automatically refund a payment. Canceling your subscription does not delete your Luna account.
Purchased on the web
Sign in to Luna and open Account.
Select Cancel subscription in Luna plans.
Review your paid access end date and confirm cancellation in Luna. Any unpaid pending upgrade or scheduled downgrade is also canceled.
Look for Renewal canceled and your paid access end date.
Opening the cancellation review does not stop renewal; complete the confirmation in Luna for web plans, or through Apple for App Store plans. Deleting the Luna app does not cancel a subscription. If cancellation is unavailable or your status looks wrong, email support@lunalab.ai.
Refunds for verified Luna errors only
Web refunds are issued only to correct a verified billing or service error caused by Luna that requires repayment. Examples include a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or an improper web charge after confirmed account closure. Requests for first payments, renewals, and upgrades are reviewed case by case to verify the error and the correction needed.
Cancellation does not refund unused time, unused tokens, or an unused portion of your subscription fee. Inactivity, a change of mind, and ordinary cancellation do not qualify for a web refund or a prorated repayment. There is no automatic refund or fixed refund window.
To report an error, email support@lunalab.ai with your Luna account email, receipt or payment reference, charge date, and a brief description of the problem. Leave health records and payment card details out of your message.
An approved web refund corrects the erroneous charge through the original payment provider and payment method. Processing times vary.
App Store purchases follow Apple’s refund policies. Request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem page; Apple decides eligibility and processes approved refunds. Luna support can help you find the appropriate route, but cannot issue an Apple refund. See Apple’s refund instructions.
Cancellation and refund requests are separate. Nothing in this policy limits cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable law.
Account deletion is different
Deleting your Luna account removes your account and ends access immediately, including remaining paid access. It does not automatically refund a payment.
Before deleting an account, Luna cancels pending web plan changes and schedules cancellation of linked web subscriptions at the end of their billing periods. If that cancellation cannot be confirmed, account deletion does not proceed.
Deleting your Luna account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it through Apple to stop future charges. You can still choose account deletion after seeing this warning.
Minimal billing receipt references may remain for billing verification. Your payment provider keeps its own payment receipts.
To keep using your remaining paid period, cancel renewal and keep your account until access ends. For any billing question, email support@lunalab.ai.
